What is a “qualifying educational institution?”
Generally speaking a qualifying educational institution would include institutions at the university and college level. But it also includes institutions such as vocational schools and those institutions designated under the Canada Students Loans Act, the Canada Student Financial Assistance Act, and a university outside of Canada.
