What if I want to pay less than the annual minimum one year?
If you repay an amount that is less than the required minimum, then the difference between your payment and the required annual minimum will be included in your taxable income for that year.
Your outstanding LLP Balance will be reduced by the amounts you repay and the amounts you include in your taxable income.
